Land of Promise Wines are sourced exclusively from our own vineyard: Terra de Promissio. We have been blessed to be able to collaborate with some of the best pinot noir winemakers in the world over the last 18 years. We have used this knowledge to launch our own wine: Land of Promise. By living and farming the vineyard, we are able to focus on our favorite sites and create a wine that uniquely express the terroir of our vineyard at its finest.
Our story is a story of a family pursuing the American dream, with hard work and sacrifices made along the way to create something special for our children and the generations that will follow them. Our ultimate goal is to create a wine, which expresses the unique terroir of our vineyard, Terra de Promissio, the commitment and passion of three generations who farm it, and the promise of this land.
Terra de Promissio is the most designated Pinot Noir vineyard in Sonoma County. Wineries such as Castello di Amerosa, Domaine Della, Dutcher Crossing, Friedman, Gary Farrell, MacRostie, Senses, Spell and Williams-Selyem have made wines with Terra de Promissio grapes and received numerous awards and accolades, including the Wine Spectator’s 2011 Wine of the Year - the 2009 Kosta Browne Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir.
